Can't log into a certain character

So I was exploring Metrica Province on my character Caitlin Roe, and from there, zoned into Brisban Wildlands, where the client froze and I had to close it. Once I closed the client, I opened it again, logged in, and now it shows that my character has 0% map completion when I know it’s actually around 63%. If I try to log on to Caitlin Roe, the loading screen for Brisban appears, but freezes shortly after. However, if I try to log into any of my other characters, it loads fine and it doesn’t freeze or anything. I’ve already tried the ‘-prefreset’ command, but that didn’t fix the problem. Can someone help me fix this so that I can actually log onto my character?

I’ve seen this arise from time to time. It’s very rare, but an agent should be able to review and assist. So please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page and then clicking the “Submit a request” option. Provide as much information as possible in the web form, because that will create a ticket within the support system. You are not required to provide all the information but may leave fields blank when you cannot accurately complete them. Don’t forget to include the specific character name!
