can't launch the .exe file

hi, today i’ve try to launch the game client but when i click on the gw2 icon, on my desktop, nothing happen, looking on the ArenaNet.log inside gw2 folder appear this:

App: Gw2.exe
Fatal error (2): Exception
When: 3/27/2013 12:42:36
File: ..\..\..\Core\Platform\Windows\Exe\Error\ExeError.cpp(409)

someone can help me?
