Can't install

So I have two computer, which almost the exact same, one is just older, I put GW2 on the newer one just fine, and I have been playing on it for awhile. When I went to put it on my older PC, it put up the little menu screen and said " Download failed! Please check your internet connection and try again". I checked and my connection is fine, I restarted my computer and tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but nothing is working, I tried downloading it from the site, as I used a hard copy before, but that did not work as well. Is this an GW2 issue or em I doing something wrong? Help would be appreciated.
