Can't get on same server

My husband and I created characters and we’re trying to play together but we can’t get on the same server. He tries to find the server I’m on but the game won’t let him go to that server. Is there a way to get some GM support with this issue to help move us to the same server? So far I have found there is no way of submitting a ticket or requesting GM support.

I do believe (as I said in the linked post) that you two should choose a less-populated server and move there. We cannot move by request.
