This is getting frustrating. I put about 3 hours into the game before it failed to launch because of some weird “Check internet connection” message (when nothing changed with my network, tried EVERYTHING I could think of, from going directly to modem to disabling firewall completely, to using different DNS servers).
Then I uninstalled the game, and now I can’t even install it without it saying “Failed to download. Please check your internet connection.”
So now, I can’t even install the game, let alone play it. Not to mention tech support took a couple days to reply and their only reply was some automated message that provided no assistance whatsoever. Is there a way to contact support by phone? This ticket and e-mail garbage is 20th century.
If my issue isn’t resolved soon I expect an immediate and full refund, this is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any game to date.
