Cant create any characters

So uhm hello everyone, i’m kindoff newbie out here, started playing gw2 only a few days ago. Today after i deleted all of my characters and atempted to create new one i failed. Simply, on the last sceen when you enter character name and press next you are immediately taken to empty chracter selection. Tried to create other characters a few times, everytime result’s the same.
Ideas?

Hello Edward.

What you describe is weird indeed. However sometimes, when you delete a character, it can take some moments for the database to update. Please proceed to reboot your computer and restart the client after some minutes to see if this issue gets automatically resolved. If this is not the case after some hours, please, proceed to open a ticket to Customer Support.
