I am trying to purchase more gems, but I keep getting the message “Card approval failed- we appreciate your continuing purchases. Please contact customer support to confirm your identity before making additional purchases.” I had bought gems prior to this (today) with no problems at all, so I am thinking it is something to do with the game or my information. I am willing to give any information that I can to solve this problem as I would like to buy more gems from you guys. I hope someone can help me!
