Can't buy gems

Hi,
I’ve been trying to purchase gems for quite some time now and all of my attempts have failed for reasons I don’t know. (Also I posted this here because I wasn’t sure if it was a bug or if I was doing something wrong)
So, I;d log into my Guild Wars, Open the black lion tab, go to buy gems, choose the option for 850 gems enter my card details and then go onto the next screen which is order confirmation but when I click confirm, It just takes me back to enter my billing information.
Can anyone help me solve this problem?
Any help will be appreciated

What means of payment are you using? Credit card? PayPal?

Do you get an error message when you cannot purchase? If so, what is the message?

We figured out the issue and are working on a fix for this. I don’t think it’ll roll out for a bit, so hold off on that purchase attempt for a day or two, then you might find it works just fine.
