Can't buy gems, please help.

When I try to buy gems I get through all the payment pages, I have tried both Paypal and the Credit Card way, and it will not let me click to proceed. After I enter all my information, the next box always stays blanked out not letting me click through to complete my purchase. I have tried this on two different computers and both last night and this morning. Please help. I tried this on another account and had no problems buying them. Is there something I have to enable to buy gems?

I see these sorts of situations in the Gem Store thread, stickied above. I’ve done a review of half a dozen tickets there, and all of them have gotten a very prompt answer. So I encourage you to contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. They will be able to assist you.
