Can't "Ask a Question" on GW2 Support Website

I am trying to submit a support question on the GW2 Support Website but it keeps telling me “Call Back Number and Time is required” yet there is no “Call Back Number” or “Time” fields on the support form to fill in! Can you please fix this issue so I can submit a support question.

Hey there. Sorry you[‘re having problems and we do want to fix this. Can you tell me what category you’re choosing in the “In need help with…” field? Looks to me like we’re requiring info that we’re not allowing you to enter, which obviously is a bug.

We’ll get on this once I get that extra bit of info from you.
