I have bought multiple sets of armor, and i have 5 major runes of the pirate, and each piece of armor has an upgrade slot available, but for some reason i can’t add my runes to them.
Please help?

Check the runes’ level and the armor’s level. High end runes can’t be used in lower level armor, and vice versa.
