After a week of waiting, I got an “auto reply” from the customer service still saying that I was involve in real money trading. So I decided to buy a new serial code to continue playing because I don’t want to spend another week waiting for nothing. I’ve read from another post I can add a new code to my account
but when I do the exact same thing an error pop out says
The serial code you’ve entered is not valid for this region. Please apply the serial code to a valid account in the correct region.
So I wonder can I actually add a new code to my terminated account? If yes, will I have to wait another week for the customer service to fix it for me or there’s other option?
