Cannot receive password reset emails

I have had to login to my fiancée’s account to write this. I have written SEVERAL times to your customer support team and have only received copy & pasted responses that don’t solve anything.

I wish to recover my account. I enter in my details into the recovery page and I was told to contact support. The first support msg was a copy and pasted response saying that they reset my password (without my permission) and then sent an automatic email for me to reset my password to whatever I wish.

I never received this email.

I was then passed on to another GM who just copy and pasted an FAQ on how to receive emails, which was fairly insulting, assuming I can’t work my own email account. Still I did everything on the list.

And yet I still have received no password reset email.

They then say that my email service provider may have blocked certain emails from going through (which is frankly completely absurd since I am receiving the support emails from him/her and have put all the emails on the FAQ into my “Safe Sender” list. But I play along to save time and give them another email, this time a gmail address (before it was hotmail).

I have yet to receive a response from any GM on any account after I provided my new email. Even after I receive at the bottom of their last email: “We will be waiting for your response.” Which now I assume is most likely another copy and pasted response from your robot GM squad.

This is not how you treat customers, this is not a customer support team. Someone with a brain please respond without copying and pasting a response from a list.

My character name is: Gygex.3867

We do ask that players not submit a ticket and immediately use the forums to try to expedite a response. We truly sympathize with such issues, but it would not be fair to “jump the queue” for people who submit-and-post as opposed to those who submit and wait for their response.

I’m concerned if you are not getting our mails, so encourage you to read the Sticky Thread on the topic of problematic e-mail providers. Of course, as suggested in this thread, after 3 full days you may use the Tickets for Review thread to request an update or a review of the outcome, if you believe there to have been a genuine problem in the way your ticket was handled.
