cannot progress lvl 66 fixing the blame quest

have to talk to warmaster gurnn to continue but all he does is say hello – wont let me activate quest – any workarounds?

If it’s what I think it is, it should reset when one of two events kicks off or completes nearby. I’m not sure how he gets into his “dead” state, but it’s why the bug is so random (and why we haven’t been able to reproduce it.) It comes and goes.

While we haven’t been able to consistently reproduce this issue on our end, we’ll be making some changes that should fix the issue, regardless. Thank you for your patience!
