Cannot install the game?

Hi, I just purchased Guild Wars 2 and went to download the client. It seemed to work well, I ran the client and it brought me to this somewhat simple download client screen which just had some nice artwork on the side, and the amount downloaded and download speed in the bottom left. It got to around 10mb, then it closed. A new client screen opened which was identical do the last, My computer then prompts me to allow access for the client to make alterations as almost all programmes do. I select “Yes” and the client closes, that’s it, it closes and then nothing happens :/

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there anyway to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I just want to get onto the game, seeing as it did cost me £50.
P.S I am downloading the game via the “Account Management”, then to the “Download Client” section. On the Guild Wars help, it informs me that it should allow me to accept a download location, which it does not do.
My PC easily surpasses the requirements for this game;
HD Radeon 7850, AMD Phenom 960t Black Edition @ 3.6GHz, 12GB Ram.
