I have a problem which, I believe, is similar to the one Minda Hacker.1409 posted here

I am constantly being led by my personal story marker to enter the Asuran gate at Vigil Keep however, there is only one way to access it which is blocked by a closed gate with a guard. When you speak to the guard he states that it is under construction.
I assume this means that I haven’t been to the place at the other end of this portal however the game placing a map marker there proves a problem as I must travel around the various regions until it “shifts” and shows me a route that will lead me to my goal on foot.
Not sure if it’s specific to me or, perhaps, a larger issue.
