cannont log in to game at all

for the past 10 or so hours when i try to log in to the game, it gives me error code 11:1001:2:1524. ive changed my password like 4 times, ive changed the locations of where im using the internet thinking there might be firewalls. but now im home where there are no firewalls, and its still doing this to me. all i want to know is what the heck is wrong and can you please fix it for me? i just bought the game a few days ago and i love it…and now i cant play it at all…please please please help me resolve this issue

If you’re still getting the Error 11 I’d like to encourage you to open up a support ticket if you haven’t already. These types of issues are handled by our log in team so I don’t really have the ability to look into it. I can tell you a common error I’ve come across is someone trying to log in with their display name instead of the email associated with their account. So if you’re trying to log in with jadenightingale.9327 I would suggest switching to your email. Otherwise, opening a ticket would be your best bet.
