I am going to craft one fore sure, but I am afraid if that is Souldbound.
The amount of time spend on getting a legendary weapon could be thousand of hours (no joke). consider this amount of times, if it is only able to use on one character, it is not a good idea. Because we are not always play on one character.
On the hand, if you change all the materials required to craft legendaries to Account bound, why don’t you do it on the weapon itself as well?
I am certain a lot of future legendaries holders wish the same and hoping to see this change on nearly future.
PS: I am assuming legendaries are soulbound, because nearly everyone say it on the forum.
