Can not Purchase Gems!

Hello all;

When I try and buy gems from the gem store I enter all my details click the pay-pal and fill in that form but then it re-directs me to gw2’s selling page with error, can not purchase gems please try again or contact support. I click the support option but there is nothing there for not been able to buy gems…. Can any one help me?

I am going to move these over to the BLTC Forum, because I know the devs are active there and they may be able to offer you suggestions on a resolution. If you have tickets, though, feel free to post back on the Account Issues forum, say, tomorrow with your ticket number.
