can not logg into the game

Ok here is my issue. I just moved and switch internet provider and now i can not log into the game it keeps coming up with this error about campus internet issues and i do not live any were near a campus can some one please help, and i dont understand why cause i can log into the forums just fine but not the game

We believe there may be an issue. I can’t say that for certain, but we’re discussing this and looking into it in real time. You might keep your eye on the Technical Support Forum, as that seems the likely place for an update on this (although I will try to update here, too).
