I created a ranger before the patch and bought the Kyrton armor set via the black loin trading company. This character only had an effective level of 2 but my pvp level was 39. How come I can not equip the head or shoulder items? I cant even see them to transmute so I can wear them? Its like your pve level is now tied into this whole thing. Is my account bugged or what?
