can log into forum and website but not game

I have had the same password since release and did not play for a while. my password is saved to my client. I copied the game over to my laptop and can’t remember my password and I cannot find the serial code in my emails. Is there a way to view the serial code in the “account” section of the website so I can change my password? cannot remember my old password for the life of me.

Thanks for posting about this work-around. Yes, we’ve seen it more than once. I have no explanation for why it works, but it’s nice that we can get the info from the browser to get that info!
