The serial key I used for my PC, can that be used that for downloading on my MAC and be able to play at the same time?
Can I use PC serial key to download MAC?

See the My Account link just under your name near the top of this page? Just click on that, then click the Download Client link on the left side of the next page, and click the Download for Mac (Beta) link on the page after that. Once you do, you’ll be downloading the dmg file that contains the Mac installer.
There’s no need to re-register as you’ll be using the same account to log in to the PC and Mac clients.

No. You you will need a second account in order to play simultaneously on two computers (of any kind).
