Can I still upgrade to Deluxe for free?

I bought GW2 a couple of weeks ago on Green Man Gaming (the default Digital Edition), and I just noticed on the game’s website frontpage that there’s an offer to upgrade to Digital Deluxe Edition for free, but when I try to do it, it goes to a webpage to buy the game, which I already have.

In short: can I still upgrade my Digital Edition to the Digital Deluxe Edition even though I bought it on GMG or I can do so only if I bought it on the official site?
