buy.guildwars2.com -- won't let me buy!

I can’t buy another copy of gw2 for my brother. It says that my credit card information is not correct, but it’s been checked and rechecked many times. We even tried another credit card and we got the same error. I’m able to successfully make purchases with the same credit card everywhere else. I sent a support ticket long ago (before digital sales were disabled) and this has yet to be resolved. it’s possible there may be a bug in the buy system, since I’ve read about some other people having this problem from google search results.

You definitely can get help for this situation from our Support Team. Please go to support.guildwars2.com and then use the “Ask a Question” tab to submit a ticket. The team can look at the situation and make adjustments, when appropriate, to allow the purchase(s) you have in mind.
