Hello guys, this is my first time posting here on Guild Wars 2 forum site. As what the topic says, I recently bought a new account on guild wars 2, we used our uncles paypal account to use as a payment method (of course this comes with a permission).
First of all, I would like to apologize for asking a follow-up with my ticket within less 24 hours, since the first time I sent an e-mail to support, it usually takes only 2 – 3 hours, before I get to have their reply already.
Now the payment is done. and we entered a very simple mistake at the email. Instead of, [email protected] we entered [email protected]. A “.ph” wasnt included, and thus we didnt receive any serial code.
If there is a GM around I do hope you can send us a quick response.
