Is Toxic Gardener bugged for anyone else?

edit: Checked again after the update, still a no go.

Thank you everyone for your reports, we are working on getting a fix in for the Tower of Nightmares daily achievements.

There is a separate Living World team taking care of the Fractals issues, I suggest you post for the Daily Fractals Runner Achievement here:

As for Toxic Gardener, it will not complete for any player currently – we are working to get a fix for the issue out in the next Hotfix. This may not happen before the server daily roll over, so you may not be able to complete Toxic Gardener, but there will still be many more dailies to help you complete the Tower of Nightmares Meta achievement.
