I have completed Arah in story mode twice now, once was before I had the story step to kill Zhaitan, and then again once I had the story step. With the first time I did not have the story step, so I am fine with it not updating past killing Zhaitan once I got there even though I had already killed him. The second time I killed him I lost connection when he was below 25% and when I got back my party was outside the dungeon and Zhaitan had been defeated, but my personal story did not update.
I have fought Zhaitan twice without reward and I find it frustrating to put time into a dungeon to not receive my reward.
