Bug in Battle of Kyhlo S/TPvP

So I activated my Locus Swarm for swiftness, tried to pick the repair kit and ALL my abilities froze. I was in a Tournament and was completely useless. I had to exit game and re open which took away all my team points. this bug cost my team the game.

This bug is on the Battle of Kyhlo map where you have to pick up the repair kit to repair the Trebuchet.

If you have more information on this that would be greatly helpful.

Did you cast it right before you picked it up?
How were your skills locked? What was happening? etc.
