Broken Mail - Unable to recieve mail and items attached

My mail has been broken for over two weeks. A guild mate sent me a large amount of crafting supplies to power level armorsmithing, which I did not receive. Other members of my guild have tried to send me junk items to test my mail repeatedly sense, and I have not received any. I filed a support ticket on September 2nd and never heard back. My mail still does not work.

We would really like the items replaced (how hard can it be to look at the logs to see exactly what was sent), but particularly I need my mail to function as there is no trade in this game.

I realize issues blocking someone from logging in are higher priority, but over two weeks for even a response is absurd.

No it was not (was 8/10 and not the red that you get with full mail). Although it gave me the idea to delete some more messages. I deleted one message and then it refreshed. It instantly loaded to full and flashed red. Cleaning out seems to update it.

So are you good now? Regardless, thank you for sharing that info — I am sure it will help other players, too.
