I had to contact Support today, as I was unable to unlink my mobile authenticator from my account via the account recovery service.
From the moment of receiving the confirmation e-mail it took exactly 13 (thirteen) minutes for ArenaNet Support to solve my problem and send an e-mail with the good news.
I’d like to thank you for the faultlessly professional way of handling my issue, especially on Christmas Day. I do a nightsift today as well
