bought thisfor a friend no code yet in email?

hi i have opened a ticket about this just been a while since i gave answers to some questions about the problem.

i bought another game with Paypal from the shop but received no email apart from one saying money has been taken out of your account from Paypal,
but i have got no code in my email how long does code sending usually take and how long should i wait for a reply with the ticket ?
