Hello. My girlfriend bought a digital copy of the game from buy.guildwars2.com, she created an account, and used the serial code they sent her, (though it says “thank you for pre-purchasing guild wars 2”) but when we tried to finalize her registration it said the code was already in use.
She was able to log back on with the information she entered to create the account, and into the forums, but when she tried to log into the game it says that it doesn’t have a valid guild wars 2 serial code registered.
I created a ticket but was hoping whether you could tell me if this is a typical problem, maybe with some sort of work around. We both have today off and were planning on playing together for the first time…

EDIT: Now she is no longer able to log into the forums. when she trys to register it says " this code has already been used"
