Bought 800 Gems for a few things, charged for them but not delivered

Bought 800 gems to buy myself 2 packs of Mini’s and a Dye pack about 5-10 minutes ago. Bought the 2 Mini packs first, and then the Dye pack. It charged me all 800 of the gems, but it only delivered 1 Mini pack and 1 Dye pack. So now I’m out 300 gems with no delivery of the 2nd Mini pack.

Can I get some help with this and either get that 2nd Mini pack delivered or the gems refunded?
