as the title says i bought 2 of the 5 packs of of the flame and frost dyes and i still havent received them.bug reports have been sent in game with a screenshot

Clear out your inbox. Even if it doesn’t display as full, too many messages will prevent new mail from arriving. Delete some messages, and the dyes will likely arrive.
