BLTC Still not working

Its been a week now since I could access the BLTC tab, every time I do I get the spinning yellow circles however the panels never load and when I exit my whole game freezes. I am aware that other users have had the same issue however i’ve tried all hot-fixes non of which have worked. I am also aware that there have been posts on this forum about this very issue I have decided to post this because in the week its been happening i’ve only had one reply from support asking if there was an error message Ive sent numerous replies with error codes, dump files and even screenshots with no reply. Hopefully another post in these forums will help keep this issue as one of supports priorities. Any help is much appreciated as theres only so much of the game I can play without using TP sooner or later. If it helps I play on a 2008 iMac id never had any issues with TP until after the September patch i’ve deleted various game files like the local.dat and bin files to no avail however my brother who also plays on the same model iMac and through the same router can access it no problem.

I know how frustrating this can be, but I’m glad that you have offered some suggestions. I’ll see if our Tech and Customer Support people are aware of this so that they can give the tip to others.

And if you try the tips here and they don’t resolve the issue, please submit a ticket by clicking “Support” at the top of this page and then clicking the “Submit a request” option. Provide as much information as possible in the web form, which will create a ticket within the support system. If you do not know some of the information requested, leave the field blank. However, there are two drop-down areas that require an answer so be sure to choose from those fields so the ticket is properly submitted. Once you’ve done that, the CS Team should be able to help you.
