BLT took my money

So I went to the BLT and bought 5 ecto’s, it took my money from me and in return I got nothing….. I checked 3 more times in the course of 3 hours and still never got my ectos….

WAZZUUP with this? Not cool

Anyone have this issue, they are not cheap and for a casual gamer with little to no money in game this is unacceptable.
