“I’m banned for what? I’ve avoided saying anything since I last got banned and I still get banned? Do you guys just ban people because many people falsely report someone and claim it to be in the ToS as a defence for your behavior and unreasonable bannings?
This support site is just for show, I sweer. I have never submitted a report here and got helped in-game. Not for when I got hacked or anything else. When you get hacked and the hacker deletes everything in your account, you guys will just say “we can’t help you” unlike in WoW where they will actually help you. Do something about your worthless support for your customers, you have so many bugs in-game and now you’re just banning people because if a X amount of people report you, you get suspended.
I really hope you’re not gonna disappoint me like everytime. I’m sick of your treatment ANet, because if you don’t rule this unfair ban. I’m just gonna quit the game as you just flag people for no real reason."
I just filed a ticked a couple of hours ago, and it got closed without any response and I got a mail that asks for how great ANet’s support team’ help was. I hope you guys are just trolling, cause this is simply sick and frustrating.

No matter whether a ticket says it is closed or not, you can reopen it simply by responding. I will look into this, so give me a chance to see what’s going on.
