Blocked account access to myself

cant believe i denied access on my account with the verification email. ( listed changed ip address as new router and such). -.- Anyone ever done this? Is it an easy fix?
no clue if I can play but i can log in here but my “ncsoft account.” says it was blocked lol…

I think that only applies to IPs blocked from posting on the Wiki. It’s a guide for the Sysop.

If you can’t remove the blocked IP from your Account Page, I think you will have to contact CS, and explain the issue there. After answering security questions, most likely, they will assist you. Good luck.

I feel sure that the CS Team can help you — I’m sure you’re not the first person to do this. You can submit a ticket that by clicking “Support” at the top of this page, then clicking “Submit a request” in the upper right-hand section of that linked page.

Have you explained it like that in the ticket? I can see that you need to contact the NCSOFT Support Team, and the agent who reviews your ticket should be able to either direct the ticket to the other person or tell you how to submit a new ticket in the other system.
