I bought a total makeover kit from blacklion and i never received it in the mail, cost me 6 gold in gems
Blacklion never sent my item!

Is your mailbox full? If so, your items cannot be delivered until you have made space for more mail.

I agree, and I was just telling a fellow team member that fact: To ensure receipt of missing mails, it’s best to clear the entire mailbox. (Be sure to remove any items from the mails before deleting the mails, of course. 
)
