I Just purchased 1 Self-Style Hair Kit for 250 gems, my first question is, how can i get the item? the item didn’t appear on Pick Up tab on BlackLionTC, so i thought the item will go straight into my inventory and BAM no item there then i checked my storage and double waBAM again no Self-Style Hair kit. where did it go? i still have the Self-Style Hair kit on my recent purchase so im sure i bought it, is this Bug or something? please FIX this. Thank You!

kitteno, sometimes the people do not get their items because their in-box is rather full; try deleting some of your emails till you are left with five or six or so.
