I’m using the beta client and since the Bazaar of the Four Winds update it happened twice that the whole game completely froze. Both time it happened when I clicked the Black Lion Trading Company (though I’m not sure it’s exclusive to just this). The first time it happened, I wanted to shut down my computer and restart it, but it just closed the game and a pop up alerted me that the error was sent to anet, however, the second time I had to completely restart the computer.
I’ve encountered the problem with freezing before and managed to solve it, but I believe this time it’s caused by the update and I’d rather wait it out a little before taking more drastic measures.
