Black Lion Purchase incomplete

So about a week or so back, the Chop-It-All Logging Axe was released in the Black Lion Trading Company and I purchased it as you normally would – but nothing ever appeared. I raised a ticket about the issue and I waited a while thinking “Maybe it’s just a server glitch and it’ll appear later.” but it still hasn’t. How can I resolve this problem to get the Axe/my gems back?

Make sure your mailbox is empty. There’s a cap on much mail it can hold, and past that it will keep new mail in a queue until there’s room for it.
