Black Lion not working - All I want is what I paid for !!!

Let me start off by saying I’ve already put in a service ticket for this and have gotten no response, I put it in on Saturday and today is Wednesday and still nothing…

So here’s what happened. I paid $10.00 for 800 Gems, I went and clicked on 25 Transmutation stones for 800 Gems, it said Purchase Confirmed, My Gems went to a big fat 0, my Recently purchased tab says I bought them, however guess what. No E-mail with my Transmutation stones ever came, they are not in my inventory or bank, So yes Arena Net got my Money, however I GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN FOR IT !

@ – Anet – So can I have what I paid for please? also how about responding to my Service Ticket I put in 4 days ago? (Reference #: 120916-001655)

I have to say I love this game but right now I’m VERY UN-HAPPY with this poor customer service… taking my Money and giving me nothing back in return, and no response or ignoring my complaint is really NOT COOL !!!

PLEASE HELP fix this issue and make me a Happy Customer again !

99% of the time this is due to a full mailbox. Try deleting some mail.
