Black Lion Gem Store not delivering?

I bought a bag slot item from the store during the sale, it never showed up. At the moment, it shows in the purchase history an under construction icon(I had seen it in the beta) with no description.
I bought a 10 pack of mystic stones today. They also haven’t shown up.

Is anyone else having delivery issues?

Clear out your mailbox. There’s a limit on the number of letters that the mailbox can store. Note that there’s a display bug so even if the mailbox shows as not full (X/10 letters) it’s not counting event letters and other mail that will prevent new letters from appearing.
