Billing Information Problem?

I hope this is the right forum for it, but I’m having trouble adding my billing information so that I may purchase gems and such.

My paypal account is linked to a Canadian address, but the billing information seems to only allow addresses from the US?

I may just be daft and missing something here, and I hope it can be fixed rather easily.

If this information is needed: world is Darkhaven.
