Being 'griefed' by another player

I have had another player pretend to be my guild leader, even to the extent of making a fake guild to put the same guild tag on as my guild. He asked me for gold, for WvW siege. I found that a reasonable request, and it wasn’t untill i had sent the gold did i notice the user name was not the same as my guild leader. I have pictures of the conversation, he is refusing to return my gold. he claims he did not fool me or scam me out of the money.

So reporting it here is I assume not really going to do anything. WHat is the e-mail so I can report it properly.

While we cannot return the gold, we DO definitely want to deal with this sort of scammer. Please contact Support by filing a ticket through the “Ask a Question” tab on that linked page. Provide as many details as possible.
