I can log into the forums fine but logging into the game via launcher it fails each time. I go to “my account” section to change password I get an error message with a blank box. I’ve also tried the “https://account.guildwars2.com/recovery” page but it fails aslo, what gives?

PLEASE FIX ACCOUNT RECOVERY!!

I have even sent in 2 tickets regarding this issue and neither have been responded to; it has been over a month, but hey! Who’s keeping watch?

Using your display name, I can’t find a ticket from your account, but perhaps you’ve submitted it using a different email address than the one associated with your game account. I can see that someone accessed your account today. I’m assuming that is you, and that this is resolved. If not, please update your ticket (and close the second one) and the team will help you.
