Banned my friend for a dumb reason.

My best friend just got his account closed and won’t ever be reopened. Why? Because I bought my account with my credit card and I bought his account with my credit card because I wanted him to try out the game. At first they said suspended his account saying we need information about both of us and I was okay with that it is understandable because they want to make sure that I’m not double accounting. We give them both out numbers and all the information they needed. Note* me and my friend don’t even live in the same city. Later ANET messages my friend saying all your information is correct and it. Everything is correct. But they say we’re pertinently closing your account because avoid using multiple email addresses when making purchases with a credit card. Okay we needed 2 emails mine and his. They banned his account, which i paid for and won’t reopen it. We’ve both been sending tickets. I don’t know how to reopen his account.. I paid for it and gave them all the information they asked for and proved that we are 2 people….
