Request # 445672

I am using my Euro Alt Account to post on the behalf of my main NA account Mercenary Higgins.1807, since I cannot access the forums.

Today my account was banned for engaging or assisting with gold or item sales for real-world money.

I believe that this is a simple miss understanding, I am currently collecting gold for sever transfers for our WvW community of Fort Aspenwood. Currently totaling over 3k in gold, with gold being received from over 30 different people, and the gold being bounced back and forth from many of the community heads here on Fort Aspenwood.

Anet has banned a hardcore WvW enthusiast that has stuck with this game thousands of hours of game play, hardcore streamer, dedicated commander, community head, forum moderator, teamspeak administrator of the Fort Aspenwood community.

I urge you to please review the action taken upon my account

Sincerely,

One of the few hardcore community leading WvW players left in this game.

You’ve submitted a ticket, BonBon (or Higgins), and that’s the proper thing to do. It will be resolved as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, members are gently reminded:

  • Do not submit a ticket and then put up an immediate forum post. If you have a ticket in the system, great! We’ll help you. If you need to follow up, please wait three days and post in the appropriate forum thread, the Tickets for Review sticky thread in this very forum.
  • Do not submit testimonials, petitions, or otherwise try to bump someone’s thread, explain their appeal, or vouch for their character. Every ticket is given the careful review that it deserves, and the forum rules specifically ask that you not engage in testimonials or petitions.

Thank you for understanding. An agent will get back with you ASAP.
